Steps to reproduce:
Tested on Drupal core 7.38 , Media 7.x-2.0-alpha4 and Redirect 7.x-1.0-rc3 contrib modules.
1. Attach File field with Media browser widget to any entity
2. Create the entity and add an image by Media browser
3. Click on Edit Button for the added Image
4. Click on 'URL Redirects' tab
5. Click on 'Add URL redirect to this file' Link
6. User should be directed to "URL redirects" page.
7. Click on Cancel button.
Expected: User should be directed back to Edit of the Image.
Actual: AJAX error page shows up.
On step 5 the link has 'admin/config/search/redirect/add?redirect=file/%fid&destination=media/%fid/edit/ajax'. The addition of 'file/%fid/edit' destination parameter to Edit Button will fix the issue.
