Problem/Motivation

When using menu_views module you can't export more then one menu link, because features can't get the right menu link identifier.

Proposed resolution

Set menu link identifier as menu_name:views-view_id-display_id-arguments.

Issue summary: View changes

The menu_links component is already quite messy as it is. See e.g. #3085880: Revisit UUID handling for menu links and #3075693: Menu link identifier logic is confusing.
I would prefer not to add more special-case logic in there.

If you are still sure we need this, please be more detailed in the issue summary.

Existing situation:
- What kind of paths does menu_views store in the menu_links table?
- What kind of export keys does this produce?
- Which problem does this cause? In which cases does this problem occur?

Proposed solution:
- How does the proposed patch change the points from above?
