Currently if you export a Panel all its Variants/Handlers are included.
This is perfect default behaviour, but in some cases it is useful to export Variants/Handlers separately.

This patch adds this functionality by introducing a new variable page_manager_export_page_include_handlers

If set to FALSE, you can export variants/handlers one-by-one in Features.
See attached images for the difference in Features interface.
The thingy is the new component "Page manager (1) (page_manager_handlers)".

Usage:

Separate exporting
$ drush vset page_manager_export_page_include_handlers FALSE

Back to default behaviour
drush vset page_manager_export_page_include_handlers TRUE or
drush vdel page_manager_export_page_include_handlers

The 3 year old patch in #3 to page_manager.module and page.inc does not apply to the latest ctools 7.x-1.x-dev and (if still applicable) needs a reroll.
