Hello,

what is the current status of the 8.x version? Taxonomy_menu is already ported and it would be nice to have taxonomy_menu_trails for Drupal 8 too.

Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately I don't have time for further development of this module. Please tell me if you'd like to become a co-maintainer and start working on D8 version.
