With #2528736: Deprecating PHP4 style constructors committed, it would be very nice to get a release rolled so ctools doesn't throw so many warnings on php 7.

Are the current child issues an accurate reflection on the issues that need to be fixed before this release?

If so these look like very simple/minor tweaks, so we can get this done soonish?

Yes, It would be nice to have a new release with the PHP7 fix committed in #2640404: PHP 7 Undefined property: stdClass::$Array in page_manager_page_manager_pages_to_hook_code
