The node preview bar occludes part the page header.

Proposed resolution

Use Drupal.displace(), which was designed for this.

Looks like a duplicate of #2384153: Node preview bar should re-calculate BODY padding-top, otherwise user menu (top of page) is obscured. Proposed resolution is better here.
