Problem/Motivation

Panels Everywhere module supplies a node context to be used by its panes when the given url loads a node. This loading of the node can be confusing on node/%/draft because the node Panels Everywhere loads is the published revision, not the draft revision. So a content editor looking at node/123/draft would see the draft revision in the "content" region/pane but see the publish revision manifested in any other panes that use the node context supplied by Panels Everywhere.

Proposed resolution

Use the alter function provided by Panels Everywhere to swap out the published revision for the draft revision on node/%/draft

To test this patch place a pane in a Panels Everywhere layout that uses the node context like a text field. Create draft versions of the node and see that draft field values are reflected in the pane at node/%/draft and that the published version is reflected at node/%node.
