Alter line item manager suggest product list

When you create an order using drupal backoffice screens, the product reference field displayed to add a product in the line item manager is hard coded without any drupal hook to alter the rendered product name.
So the default pattern is :

@sku: @title

In some cases, it is necessary to enrich/alter product title and/or alter database query too.
