This is definitely a major issue to deal with in Rooms - we are hoping to get some resources to tackle it soon.

I'm very interested in this issue. I think that the solution would be as follows:

Rooms base price should use the system default selected currency (we must point out the current selected currency beside the field "Base price" "Per unit per night in EUR" when adding or editing the room).
When the room with the altered price or base price is shown, it should display the prices in the currency selected by the user.
Worth noting the use of Commerce Multicurrency to fetch exchange rates.

Maybe i left some points, but it's a start.
The how to, i need help for that.
