hook_quiz_question_info_alter not called in _quiz_question_get_implementations() [#2513360]

hook_quiz_question_info_alter is not called in _quiz_question_get_implementations() after calling module_invoke_all('quiz_question_info') (will attach patch in first comment).

The patch fixes this by calling _quiz_get_question_types() instead of module_invoke_all('quiz_question_info'). This has the added benefit of using a more canonical method for getting question type info (rather than multiple implementations that all have to be updated every time one is) and reusing the same static cache for both method calls.
