How can I enhance the select inputs of this module for a better user experience?

I tried several modules and/or plugins:

jQuery UI selectmenu - https://www.drupal.org/project/selectmenu
Chosen - https://www.drupal.org/project/chosen
jQuery selectBox - https://www.drupal.org/project/selectbox

But nothing seems to be compatible with this module..
