Greetings,
When downloading results that include user submitted files, the results display as: "//[sitedomain]/sites/default/files/webform/[usersubmittedfile]" Because it does not include the "http:" prefix, Excel does not automatically format the URL as a hyperlink.

This may seem insignificant, but my website is used by several different departments (higher education) and many times the users downloading the results will not know how to create an Excel work-around.

I can't reproduce this with either csv or excel downloads. Both have a full proper domain.

Maybe there is something unusual in your domain setup? Try to reproduce with a fresh install. If you can reproduce it then, please reopen with detailed step by step instructions.
