Currently the basic alignment buttons in CKEditor do not work with atoms. As for atoms we have to press edit atom properties and then set alignment there.

If its possible to do that also with the basic alignment buttons, that would be nice.

Tested on Firefox, Chrome and IE 9, seems to work fine. (Tested on forms with two textareas as well)

And also its basically the same solution as in the D8 issue.
