Android has special needs for their icons also. This comes in the form of a manifest.json file, listing all the icons.

It seems more appropriate for the manifest to go under metatag_mobile instead of metatag_favicon.

The description could use a little more work - it should describe what types of values should go in the field, not just explain what the meta tag is.
