Now we suppress camera generated automatic photo titles (SAM_6343) with some regex in flickr.module
preg_match('/^[a-zA-Z]+[^\s][0-9]+$/', $title)
We could provide the regex as a setting to give the site builder the opportunity to adjust it to their needs.

Tested with Flickr Filter tag:
[flickr-photo:id=2271348742,size=m]

It has the ugly photo title '2006_0219_144454aa-web' and can be targeted with a modified (not the default) RegEx:
^[a-zA-Z]*[^\s][0-9\_]+(aa-web)*$

It's a good example of a use case that needs a configurable RegEx.
