The module is a dependency of an app, downloaded from the apps store.
The apps module does not support patches. We have to wait for a release of the module.
Todo: Apply to saas dist

The bug is known on video_filter module: #2187589: Autoplay always on.
We have to wait on them to apply the patch and create a new release.

Actually, the video filter module is already patched and released. To change the autostart default settings, go to the page admin/config/content/formats/html, under the settings for "video filter".
