FeedsCommentProcessor: Strict warning during OA 2.40-rc1 fresh full install.

OA 2.40-rc1 fresh full install. Probably MailHandler app component, not sure.

I selected, among others, the MailHandler app as an app to be installed during the OA 2 install phase (Install Apps step), at end step a "Strict Warning" message appeared (Could it be related to https://www.drupal.org/node/2385553 ?):

"Strict warning: Declaration of FeedsCommentProcessor::expire() should be compatible with FeedsProcessor::expire(FeedsSource $source, $time = NULL) in _registry_check_code() (line 3203 of /var/www/html/includes/bootstrap.inc)."

Is it due to MailHandler not properly configured yet or should the patch reported on the link above be applied?

I also noticed that (Home >> Administration >> Reports >> Status report) the only reported Error is about "Mail Comment":

"No Mail Comment submodule is enabled (Mail Comment requires that either the Notifications or Message notify submodules be enabled in order to function properly.)"

There are also three warnings about "E-Mail" ("Account activation" template, "Welcome (new user created by administrator)" template and "Welcome (no approval required)" template), E-Mail settings weren't configured yet.
