Webform custom error message module can be used to add custom error messages for various fields of the Webform. This module requires Webform and Webform Validation module.
Enabling this module gives additional two rules in the Webform validation module - Is Empty and Is Equal.
Is Empty rule can be used to add the custom error message for different webform fields.
Is Equal can be used to compare the value of two form fields and add custom error message for the same, eg. email and confirm email.
Webform Custom Error message can also be used with the ClientSide Validation module. It provides similar two rules, Is empty and Is equal with the Client side validation module along with the existing rules of the module.
The URL for the GIT repository of the module is mentioned below:

PA robot commentedThere are some errors reported by automated review tools, did you already check them? See http://pareview.sh/pareview/httpgitdrupalorgsandboxmonikameshram91247665...
We are currently quite busy with all the project applications and we prefer projects with a review bonus. Please help reviewing and put yourself on the high priority list, then we will take a look at your project right away :-)
Also, you should get your friends, colleagues or other community members involved to review this application. Let them go through the review checklist and post a comment that sets this issue to "needs work" (they found some problems with the project) or "reviewed & tested by the community" (they found no major flaws).

The link to the sandbox is wrong, better if you copy/paste the git command to clone the project
git clone --branch 7.x-1.x http://git.drupal.org/sandbox/monikameshram91/2476653.git webform_custom_error_message

(+) Avoid drupal_add_js(); use #attached in the render array.
Remove console.log from your js file.
In js file you have used
jQuery.format('Value must a valid text'), see his article on Translating strings in javascript

PA robot commentedClosing due to lack of activity. If you are still working on this application, you should fix all known problems and then set the status to "Needs review". (See also the project application workflow).
