Can you please add ability to create more than one simple gateways. Currently the module support only one simple gateway at a time such that If I have 3 providers, I can not set them all, but have to replace the current provider's settings with those of the other provider. It would be nice if this module could allow me to create all 3 simple gateways and it will just be a matter of selecting which I want to be default.

This functionality is present in the D8 version of the sms framework.

If you have already incorporated this into the D7 version, I will be happy to publish the changes.
