When you type drush help views-data-export, it tells you clearly that "--arguments" is one of the options you can pass it.

But I was getting this result:

drush views-data-export my_view my_vde_display output_file.csv --arguments=234,4 

Unknown option: --arguments.  See `drush help views-data-export` for available options.

The problem was incorrectly formatted options in the implementation of hook_drush_command().

this patch works for me.

I think it needs to be re-rolled against the actual repo to apply on testing.
