Change Separator Options

Hi -
I have a field that I've configured as a Select List and am using the Separated Format to display the list (the terms are also linked). Currently, there are only 4 options to separate the terms; comma, space, dash and slash. What I would like to do is add the word "or" as a possible option for separating the terms.

Anyone have any idea how to go about doing this?
