Support data-hide="all" [#2424975]

It would be an improvement to support the data-hide="all" attribute. At the moment you only can select "Tablet" and "Phone"

The following patch allows users to select the "All" option in the settings of the footable view.

Good patch, although imho data-hide=all should not be default.
Patch flying in that fixes this.

This functionality has been added to the 7.x-2.x branch including the option to add the "Default" breakpoint.
