Today I downloaded Drupal 7.34 to install in windows7 ( xampp 5.6.3 ) . All went well until arrived at the homepage.
It had no link to carry on building the site.( see screen shot )
I then downloaded Drupal 6.34 with no problems.(see screen shot)
It looks to me that there is a bug????
What to do?

miteshmapIn D7, were you able to login from the home page? I guess If you can login you will able to see the navigation links.

dddave commentedIf your problem persists please try to look through the docs and if you don't find what you need post in the support forum. This is the issue queue for drupal.org webmasters.
