m.stentaIt should have a Cost field (Fraction with decimal widget), which is optional, to record the price paid for the asset.

BruceDawson CreditAttribution: BruceDawson commentedA "Disposition" field might be desirable too - to indicate when and circumstances the asset left the farm. (Animal is lost by "escape, coyote kill, ...", or animal is sold, gifted, slaughtered, traded, ... or animal is found dead.)

m.stenta@BruceDawson: Agreed! I created a new task for that: #2401525: New log type: Disposition
Please take a look at my first comment in that issue, too... I'd like to get your thoughts on whether or not we may need more than one type of log for recording asset disposition... hopefully not.

m.stentaAdded "Quantity" field, per the discussion here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2401531#comment-9480487

m.stentaAll farmOS repositories have been merged into the farmOS distribution (see #2876992: Merge farmOS repositories into drupal.org/project/farm). I'm going through and moving all open issues from the various project issue queues to the central queue now...

m.stentaWe added a "Purchase" log type a long time ago! Closing old issues.. :-)
