When try change password in admin panel I enter old pass and new pass then press save button. I see mesage profile saved but when I try log in with new pass drupal warn me error wrong data. When I enter old pass I find out new pass not saved. I try again and the same happen. Drupal version beta 3.
p.s. Installed site with Drush. Test instalation without Drush it is ok pass changed.

I can't reproduce this at all, either via drush or normal installation.
Even if there is a problem with Drush, then we should file a bug report against Drush, not core.

Ok I find out if I clear cache after install change pass and clear cache again after that log out and new pass work
