Follow-up to #2389599: Re-factor autocomplete route to use the selection plugin and field settings

Problem/Motivation

After #2389599: Re-factor autocomplete route to use the selection plugin and field settings we can add enitity_id to autocomplete route to further improve the security just like EntityReferenceController.
