RECORDING A MEETING

1. Create a new Agenda
2. Add the url of the live Solidtango VOD
3. Set the default VOD to this in http://[YOUR-SITE]/admin/structure/media-event/manage/fields/field_media_event_media_ref (this is only temporary to save time)
4. Add the estimated start time of the meeting. This will be used to calculate the difference between the start and current time when adding Media Events
5. Add the Chapters with their estimated starts using http://[YOUR-SITE]/admin/content/media-events (this will eventually be done with an inline entity form)

TIPS AND TRICKS

If you only have the seconds after a recording started when adding events, you can enter just the seconds in the h:mm:ss format.

The HMS Field module will convert that into a popper timestamp.
