Incomplete Inline CSS writing

This Webform is using a template file ...../mytheme/templates/mimemail-message--webform--submission.tpl.php and has a mail.css file as well. Both are recognized and used on my test form.

The inline CSS is written except for the last css id. I tried numerous old tricks to see if formatting or id-name could be the trouble. I don't see a conflict. See attached for css and email-output. Any experience would be appreciated :)
