The tabs and page titles of "timekeeping" have no way to translate from drupal interface. This is reflected in that "Erpal" not being translatable to 100%

I agree that this will fix it, thanks for the patch!
There is just a small thing we should think about:
These content is exported by features using the CAT features integration. So the origin of this problem is in the cat module and we should fix it there. Otherwise, if we recreate the features, the strings will be without the t-function again.

I have Erpal working well with translations in "timekeeping" with this patch.

I do not understand everything but surely you're right. If you indicate me a little more like this done this in that file.. which methods or functions. I think I could propose some solution.

Please i would like to know if this module can be use in any drupal distrubution or if it require Erpal platform or Erpal services

currently we have only experience with ERPAL for Service Providers. But with a few modifications it can be used also in any other Drupal project.
