does this mimic some of "CSS Injector" module?

hi. i'm looking at css injector, particularly to simplify the 'node color' module - and in fact requested to both of those authors that they visit each other to consider some kind of merger or way to leverage one another's work

also looking at this module and wondering how it differs from css injector or if it too might be a great companion or something...

i guess my ultimate dream is to see one central css manipulation api that other modules can use without requiring users to ever open original css files and toy with them (which is what css injector does, which is great) - that way module developers can leverage these tools to offer users additional 'display options' and choice...
