Embed public image_style images

I've found image_style images rendered just as absolute links. URL could be just converted into relative path but those images coudl be absent as they are generating only on first browser query to that URL (see: theme_image_formatter() -> image_style_url()).

I've created patch which converts public images URLs and call image generating process.
I think it could be improved by 'private' images processing and, even, remote images handling by 'drupal_http_request()'.
