Hi all :) For your information I just added ERPAL to Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ERP_software_packages#Free_and_ope...
This is a first draft. Feedback and suggestions are welcome.
Adding it to Wikipedia might bring some traffic and interest to the ERPAL project. The more the merrier ;)

Any volunteer to write an article about ERPAL on Wikipedia?
Then I would be happy to contribute updating the page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ERP_software_packages#Free_and_ope...

FrancewhoamanuelBS, feel really free to create that article yourself :)
Hope the following saves you some time and energy. Heads up that if you create a Wikipedia page yourself most likely after a while one of Wikipedia moderators might unpublish it.
I faced that challenge a few times in the past. Wikipedia unpublished my articles because they said they were self-promoting. Detailed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability#Self-promotion_and_in... So as ERPAL project founder and maintainer, Wikipedia might have ground to claim it's self-promoting.
I suggest to let an independent person write the Wikipedia article. Would you like me to draft a neutral Wikipedia article and publish it? I'm happy to contribute that. I did many. After that first draft article is published, if you want to, you could always try to edit it as a contributor as you see fit. They might unpublish your edit but not the full article. So you get an increase traffic from Wikipedia, but with reduce risk of having that article unpublish. How does that sound?

FrancewhoaI chatted with manuelBS I'll draft an independent Wikipedia article
All, I'll use this ticket to keep you updated on my progress. Heads up I currently have a heavy workload so I might need a few days. As you know Wikipedia is open to all to edit, so after the first draft is published all are welcome to contribute edits.

FrancewhoaQuick status update on this. I did some progress. I'll need more time then expected though. More holiday season parties than expected, LOL ;) I'll keep you updated on the draft progress.

FrancewhoaHi all :) Quick status update on this. Since my last post here I tried a few times to discuss or publish a draft article about ERPAL on Wikipedia. But it was rejected each time. The moderators said that new content is publish on Wikipedia only if there are enough references to independent articles, blog, review about a topic.
So I collected those independent articles, blog, review about ERPAL. The last one I found is the Amity University Case Study with ERPAL + ERP at https://www.drupal.org/node/2539590 When there are enough independent articles, blog, review about ERPAL I'll try again to publish an ERPAL article on Wikipedia. Eventually it will be publish when it meet their requirements.
