matsjacobsson commentedHi!
I would also be very happy if a kind soul would go through quickly how it works... Is it just to make a copy of Clean or Default starterkit and start working with it?
Cheers!
/Mats

himerus commentedSorry I haven't responded to this one yet. I do intend (quickly) to get some data in a README file that will demonstrate the 'manual' method for creating a subtheme, as well as the Drush integration for a 'quick' method to generate an empty subtheme.
I'll do my best to get a documentation for the manual method here before the week is out.

matsjacobsson commentedThanks mate! We are looking forward to try it out... :)
Might be an obvious answer for this, but is Ruby and Sass required for the Omega 5 version?
Keep up the good work!!
/M

Roden commentedI tried Omega 5 briefly for the first time (was planning to use it for a new site), but it doesn't respond to drush omega-wizard (other Omega versions work fine). I didn't fancy copying and pasting in case it didn't download certain components like Omega 4 does, so I just gave up on it for now. I'm guessing its not really ready yet?

ctrladelWent looking around, couldn't find any documentation on how to create a subtheme
Comment #7
W.M. commentedYou can simply do it by coping the contents of omega default starterkit theme folder into a new folder under sites/all/themes, name the folder anything you like and update the info file.
sabreena commentedHey! Is there any documentation on creating a sub-theme of Omega 5, drush omega-wizard doesn't work with this version.
shruti.sheth commentedI agree to https://www.drupal.org/node/2362269#comment-9578765. Manually sub theme could be created from starterkits/omega_clean or starterkits/omega_default in the omega 5 theme folder downloaded.

laVera commentedJust to confirm, there is not drush functionality yet in 7.5x? If there is, I'm very negligent at drush :(
Comment #11
steinmb commentedLooks like no drush love at the moment but I think the questing have been answered in #9. Closing.

ph7 commentedThis is an instruction for Omega 4 not 5!
