Need to add Grunt to the development workflow so we can split the JS into more meaningful files and also minify them. This will also help compile the LESS into the overrides.css and now, overrides.min.css.

For the record, this issue is about maintainer workflow for this project only (not for the Drush wizard or sub-themes).

Also, I'm thinking that we should just leave minification to a module like AdvAgg.
