Problem/Motivation

There are several newer Migrate module process plugins that aren't yet documented. The main page for process plugin documentation is https://www.drupal.org/node/2129651, child pages of this page are for each of the currently defined process plugins. Existing process plugin documentation pages provide great examples of the documentation needed for the following undocumented plugins (stub pages created):

* concat
* dedupebase
* iterator
* skip_row_if_not_set

Proposed resolution

Go through each process plugin's code (each is less than 100 lines of code) and populate stub documentation pages. Code is located at: core/modules/migrate/src/Plugin/migrate/process.

Document all the things!

I've added some basic docs for skip_row_if_not_set.

There already are docs for Iterator, Conact and Dedupe Base.

I think we can mark this issue fixed?

I just compared the list of process plugins in core/modules/migrate/src/Plugin/migrate/process/ and compared it with the documented plugins on https://www.drupal.org/node/2129651

As far as I can tell, all are documented.
