This is the sister issue for #2126697: Wysiwyg -- Alt and Title fields require some special handling. but for the CKEditor module rather than WYSIWYG.

The alt and title fields have some special needs handling in their implementation. The idea is that we need these fields to also be reflected as the alt and title attributes on the html element.

I've tested the patch at #35 on #2126697: Wysiwyg -- Alt and Title fields require some special handling. and confirm that it doesn't work for the CKEditor implementation.
