Fix the dependencies declaration for libraries 2.x

Re the warning on the project page "Make sure your libraries module is version 2.0 before you install or upgrade MailChimp. Drupal will let this module install even if you have 1.0 despite the requirements specification in the MailChimp module, and the MailChimp install routine will break."

The format to use in the .info file is:

dependencies[] = libraries (>=2.x)
Or
dependencies[] = libraries (>=2.0)

Instead of (>=2). (Note, the module overview only lists the version requirement when the required version is incompatible with the version found.

I suppose a patch isn't useful for such a trivial change.
