With WYSIWYG, the admin/config/media/browser page allows selection of tabs to show (transfer, web, library, [youtube, and other installed media sub-modules])

With CKeditor Module, the admin/config/media/browser page only contains a drop-down allowing to choose Media Browser theme. (Default administration theme, and [site theme]), no options related to tab display. Clearly this config page is lacking config options.

Media 7.x-2.0-alpha3 doesn't support the standalone CKEditor module.

I also confirmed that the options on admin/config/media/browser do not rely on a specific module as of the latest -dev.

Just leaving this here, it looks related, but I have yet to test it.
