Good, except for one thing: when I clicked through the settings I saw the "Update existing users" setting for the "User import" importer was empty:

To find out why and what the setting should be, I checked out a very old version of Feeds (7.x-2.0-alpha2) where this setting didn't exists in its current form (but the "User import" importer did exists).

Attached a new patch.
