Flickr sets Albums/sets have the "Next previous" link at the bottom even if the set does not have more pictures resulting in going into a Next page without any images.

On the sandbox demo the pager on a user set seems to work correctly. Will look into it.

On http://www.alexandreracine.com/flickr/1/sets/72157639999433994 I also see a double album title. We have also to see where that comes from.
