Plan for Video Filter v7.x-3.2 release

Clarifying the title.

Lets assign this issue as the "parent" issue for anything that needs to be in the next release.

Ok, I've closed a few issues and commented on others. If someone can test the 7.x-3.x dev branch with the latest commits, I'll roll a new release soon after.

You're welcome :) There are a few other RTBC issues, and possibly others that just need review, that should be committed too.

And as a token of my gratitude, I've added you as a maintainer with full access.

Is there an eta on the 7.x-3.2 release?

@blackdog I reviewed several issues and committed the patches. I feel like 7.x-3.x is ready for a next release.

@minnur: There are a few other small issues which could be useful to commit.

If you guys think this is ready to be released, let me know. If not response I will release 7.x-3.2 this Friday (03/11/2016).

I am definitely ready and eager to get the 7.x-3.2 release, that will fix a lot of issues (and patches on top of patches, etc.) on our end.
