PHP class names are not case sensitive, but is SQLite query is case sensitive:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15488632/php-class-exists-acting-case...
http://www.sqlite.org/datatype3.html

Migrate UI module use Migrate wizard class name in migrate_ui_menu():
http://cgit.drupalcode.org/migrate/tree/migrate_ui/migrate_ui.module?id=...

migrate_ui_wizards() return all Migrate wizard class, with lowercase array keys.
http://cgit.drupalcode.org/migrate/tree/migrate_ui/migrate_ui.module?id=...

This works fine for MySQL, but break Migrate UI module with Drupal 7 and SQLite.

Not sure why this was tagged as Needs Work.

I am currently applying this to my projects (using postgres) via drush make.

This is working for me with the following setup;

vagrant@truenet7:/var/www/sites/all/modules$ drush pml --status=Enabled | grep migrate
 Development       Drupal-to-Drupal migration UI (migrate_d2d_ui)       Module  7.x-2.1-beta1+28-dev
 Migration         Drupal-to-Drupal migration (migrate_d2d)             Module  7.x-2.1-beta1+28-dev
 Migration         Migrate (migrate)                                    Module  7.x-2.6-rc1+65-dev
 Migration Migrate UI (migrate_ui) Module 7.x-2.6-rc1+65-dev

@Gold: RTBC?

The real issue is core registry lookups aren't forcing case-insensitivity - #2170453: Ignore case in code registry lookups. I'm looking to see if I can move that forward.

Anyone care to try #2170453: Ignore case in code registry lookups and give it an rtbc if it works for you?

I may yet commit this patch as a workaround, I'm trying to remember why we were lowercasing it in the first place (maybe just because mixed-case URLs look weird in Drupal).

@mikeryan; Running Bootstrap and Database tests on a clean minimal install with Postgres 9.1.14 now. Will update #2170453 when done.

Works for me with Postgres 9.3.6
