Yes, you are, and you know it. I deleted multiple spam posts that you posted in July, and sent you a PM warning you about them on 2019 July 29. I also reminded you about the Rules for the paid services forum, and asked for assurance that you had understood them.

Your reply to this PM was a potty-mouthed outburst of personal abuse that cannot even be displayed publicly.

Upon receiving that reply I revoked your role as a "Confirmed" user, as I do not think that that a person capable of the level of personal abuse you engage in should be trusted with the access that a "Confirmed" user has.

Interestingly, you've decided to assign yourself to the task of resolving this. I think you also may want to read up on Issue Queue Etiquette.
