function bootstrap_status_messages says it's overriding theme_breadcrumb() [#2277841]

Threw me off the first time I saw it. Had to do a double take :)
"Whoa... how is he overriding theme_breadcrumb like that?!"

Heh, yeah some of these files were copied over and renamed.

This is fixed in both the 7.x and 8.x branches, not sure why the system message hasn't appeared yet.
