openid_connect 7.x-1.0-beta1

Reworked the plugin architecture, introduced the "Generic" plugin for logging into Drupal sites running oauth2_server.

Changes since 7.x-1.0-alpha1:

• Namespace function.
• Clean up openid_connect_log_request_error(), fix error when ->data doesn't exist.
• Update the README.
• Remove hook_openid_connect_LOGIN_PROVIDER_userinfo_alter(), move Google specific alter to its plugin.
• Use request_path() instead of request_uri() to avoid problems with Drupal installs in subdirectories.
• Add a generic plugin, primarily for use with Drupal servers.
• #2206999: Refactor the plugin architecture.
• Introduce openid_connect_get_plugin().
• Allow modules to perform actions after a successful authorization
• Redirect users back from where they initiated the login
• Delete the state token after it's been confirmed
• Fix incorrect permission name.
