Release notes

This is a beta release, intended to be used in development and testing. It should not be used in production.

Significant changes since -beta4:

  • Issue #2485399: Allow the user to set their own password (based on a permission)
  • Make "Save user info on every login" optional (enabled by default) - see issue #2482531
  • Clarify messages relating to connected accounts.
  • Issue #2486789: generate a friendlier username
  • Issue #2488012: Provide the client name to the post authorize hook
  • Issue #2493939: allow users with the 'administer users' permission to view other users' connected accounts
