i want to add a group called "Location"
U can choose ur country and city
ex: if u choose USA, then the select list called "city" will display New York, San Francisco, etc..
if u choose China, then it will display Beijing ,Shanghai, etc...

i found that u can write php code to return all the values the select list can contain.But i don't know how
how can u get the value of the "country "select list?

I think you can achieve this with Hierarchical Select.

There are some good examples of use on this site, one of them showing what you want to do.
