Update manualcrop.make to match Drupal.org Whitelist

The required entries are now on the Drupal.org Whitelist, however, one of them doesn't match: http vs https. :-/

I've created a patch against manualcrop to update:

Once I get this included in Panopoly, we should be able to successfully build the next release. Yay! :-)
