using drush sql-dump causes errors with the exports of the whirlpool column of storage_file table. Anyone else ran into this? how to overcome this issue?

also I am wondering why there's this weird encoding issues with the contents of the storage_file table itself - is it supposed to look that way?

using mysql cli the import works, so it's probably a third party issue.
