The MarkerClusterer used to have some configuration options for
* Cluster icon path
* Cluster icon width
* Cluster icon height

These have disappeared at some stage. I'm guessing with the move to maps v3.

There is an issue for fixing clusterer at #1565792: MarkerClusterer is not working but none of that patch had anything to do with the removal of these settings.

There was something wrong with the patch in #3 and it wouldn't apply.
This is reroll of that.

I have been using the previous version of this patch for around a year without issues.
Code looks good and is following standards.

That test error seems unrelated to this code.
